Why treatment in Germany?


Medicine of Germany – is a broad network of medical observation and medical foundations.

Average length of stay in hospital is 10,4 days in Germany.

For each disease by the Australian model in all university hospitals in Germany has a single fixed price. So, determined on how much the German hospitals may invoice, for example, childbirth or surgery to remove the appendicitis, including a certain period of stay in hospital. It makes it unprofitable to keep patients in German hospital longer than is necessary or to realization additional uninformative studies. On the contrary, there is an incentive to treat patients as soon as possible and better.

Also, in Germany introduced a system of guaranteed quality of medical services. For example, each year clinics are reports about the quality of services, which are available for patients.

Now in Germany introduced a system of storing medical records in electronic form – the so-called unified computer network for electronic exchange of patient information. If one of the specialists send their patients to another clinic, doctors have access to his hospital card, and they don’t need to conduct the survey again.

In German everyone is free to choose their own doctor and hospital at their discretion.

By an equipment, qualification of doctors, quality of care, almost all clinics of Germany conform to world standards. Each German clinic has narrow profile, and focused on a specific pathology. In the university clinics in Germany such clinics united under the “common roof”.
