Terme Catez health resort is the largest among 15 Slovenian natural health resorts and the second largest tourist centre in Slovenia. Thermal water has been the motive-power of healing which is used in treatments. The thermal water was discovered more than 200 years ago.
Today, Terme Catez has 11 wells of thermal water, springing from the depth of between 300 and 600 meters at the flow rate of 60 lps and the temperature between 42°C and 63°C.
