Yverdon-les-Bains located in the centre of the French-speaking part of Switzerland. The Yverdon-les-Bains Region, stretching from the summits of the Jura Mountains to the shores of the Lake of Neuchâtel, will surprise you by its diversity.

The sulphuric thermal waters of Yverdon-les-Bains were well known even to the Romans and have been used for a variety of purposes since the Middle Ages. The waters are a source of well being, relaxation and pleasure. The new source harnessed in 1982 has a flow of 60 l/s and a temperature of 29° C.

PH Conductivity at 20° C. Total hardness alkaline hardness: Sulphates, Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Ammonium hydroxide, Nitrites, Nitrates, Chloride, Hydrogen sulphide.

Indoor and outdoor thermal pools 34°. Outdoor swimming pool, 31° in winter and 28° in summer.

The thermals spas can treat a range of conditions:

  • patients who have limited movement
  • patients post trauma or operation
  • those suffering from respiratory illnesses such as chronic sinusitis, rhinitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis

The Centre Thermal of  Yverdon-les-Bains nested in between the lake and the mountains, and offers serenity and relaxation. The Centre is well known for the mild climate, the smoothing effects of the sulphurous waters and the quality of its facilities. It has three thermal pools, one of which is indoors, equipped with jacuzzis and bubble and massage jets to help you relax and unwind.
